Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital and Marketing Integration

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the integration of business requirements from Marketing & Sales, Digital & Technology, Finance, Global Product & Pricing, and Loss systems. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between various departments, ensuring that their needs are accurately captured and effectively translated into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing & Sales, Digital Solutions, Finance, and Global Product teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and evaluate data from systems such as SAP Commerce and the Horizon ticketing system to derive insights and recommend solutions.
  • Work closely with the Digital and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements specifications, process maps, and user stories.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to clarify needs and gather feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of new technologies and solutions.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new systems and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely communication of updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in digital technology and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business analysis role, ideally within a digital or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes, as well as financial operations.
  • Familiarity with systems like SAP Commerce and ticketing solutions such as Horizon.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or related fields are a plus.
