We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing and Associate Relations Manager to join our team. This dynamic role encompasses two key areas: driving occupancy rates within our residence and overseeing the recruitment and retention of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to maintain and enhance a high level of occupancy.
• Foster relationships with local referral sources and community organizations to promote the residence.
• Create and manage marketing materials, campaigns, and events to effectively showcase our offerings.

Associate Relations:

• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and retention processes to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Provide leadership and direction in the development of a positive workplace culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for associates, addressing concerns and promoting open communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing and human resources, preferably within the residence or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with both associates and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze occupancy trends, market data, and recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
