Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) / Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) / Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), monitors, auditors, and marketing groups hired by the Sponsor to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials in accordance with regulatory requirements and protocol guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CROs, monitors, and auditors to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and evaluate the integrity of study data.
  • Utilize various psychiatric rating scales to assess participant outcomes, facilitating accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Coordinate with research teams to prepare for audits and inspections, ensuring all documentation and compliance measures are in place.
  • Oversee the recruitment and screening of study participants, ensuring adherence to inclusion and exclusion criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation, including case report forms (CRFs), source documents, and regulatory files.
  • Monitor participant safety and wellbeing, reporting any adverse events in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and management of study protocols, consent forms, and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with marketing groups to develop outreach strategies that enhance participant recruitment and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in clinical research, particularly in psychiatric studies, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric rating scales and relevant clinical assessment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
