In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Allergan Practice Consultants (APC) and Allergan Digital Consultants (ADC), to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall market performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with APC and ADC to align goals and implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
• Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility in the market.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
• Report Generation: Create detailed reports on sales performance, marketing efficacy, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
