Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, electrical team members, architects, other engineering disciplines, contractors, and marketing members. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and foster positive relationships will be key to the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication of project objectives and expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with the electrical team and other engineering disciplines to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate design parameters and facilitate project feasibility.
• Work closely with contractors to track progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Partner with marketing members to develop promotional materials and strategies to effectively communicate project milestones and successes.
• Organize and attend project meetings, documenting discussions, decisions, and action items.
• Assist in preparing project reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
