Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead our efforts in promoting our services and enhancing resident satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key staff members to ensure continuity of care delivery while maximizing resident engagement and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract residents and promote our facility’s offerings.
• Work with the care delivery team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and service quality.
• Analyze market trends and resident feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and community partners to enhance visibility and reputation.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
• Train and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure that all marketing materials accurately reflect our commitment to quality care and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the healthcare or senior living sector.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for enhancing resident quality of life.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
