Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency and profitability of our operations, while ensuring a positive experience for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service delivery by monitoring staff performance, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing service standards to maintain high-quality interactions.

  • Attendance & Punctuality Management: Track employee attendance and punctuality to ensure a dependable workforce. Implement strategies to improve timekeeping and minimize absences.

  • Transportation Oversight: Coordinate transportation logistics for employees, ensuring reliable commute options to and from work. Address any transportation-related concerns effectively.

  • Store Cleanliness and Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop maintenance schedules and checklists for staff to follow.

  • Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand awareness.

  • Profitability Monitoring: Analyze sales trends and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with the management team to develop plans that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Support various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to ensure the successful operation of the store.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in operations management or marketing preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
