Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Digital Proposal Development Specialist to join our Product Design & Creative organization within the Technology & Digital team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, digital, and proposal development teams to create compelling strategies and solutions that empower individuals to build meaningful careers. You will also partner with companies to enhance their workforce and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote career development solutions and services.
• Collaborate with digital teams to create engaging content across multiple platforms including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
• Lead proposal development efforts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work with stakeholders to build strong partnerships and ensure effective communication throughout the proposal process.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, digital content creation, and proposal development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
