Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Foundation Relations and Fiscal Management to lead our efforts in securing funding, managing budgets, and implementing innovative marketing campaigns. This role will be pivotal in fostering relationships with foundations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and leveraging technology for impactful outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foundation Relations:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with foundations and grant-making organizations.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and reports to secure funding and demonstrate impact.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and donors to enhance engagement and support.

• Fiscal Management:

  • Oversee comprehensive fiscal management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements and financial regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

• Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop messaging that resonates with various audiences.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of campaigns and refine strategies for improvement.

• Technology Implementation:

  • Drive the integration of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and outreach effectiveness.
  • Research and implement innovative tools for fundraising, data management, and communication.
  • Train staff on new technologies and best practices for maximizing their impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Marketing).
• Proven experience in foundation relations, fiscal management, and marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with technology implementation in a nonprofit or organizational setting preferred.
