Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product, Scheduling, and Processes Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve maintaining and enhancing our store visual standards while collaborating closely with our marketing, operations, and repair teams. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of product displays, manage scheduling effectively, and streamline operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Standards Management: Routinely check and uphold store visual merchandising standards to ensure that product displays are attractive, on-brand, and aligned with marketing initiatives.

• Collaboration with Teams: Partner with marketing to execute promotional strategies and seasonal displays; work with ops and repair teams to maintain product availability and store functionality.

• Scheduling Coordination: Develop and maintain schedules for product displays and promotions, ensuring alignment with store operations and marketing campaigns.

• Process Optimization: Assess current processes related to product handling and scheduling, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to store teams on visual standards, merchandising techniques, and operational processes.

• Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report on visual compliance and effectiveness to management, gathering feedback to continually improve store presentation and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of retail merchandising and visual presentation.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
