As a Leasing Associate, you will play a vital role in the success of our community by focusing on leasing, marketing, and fostering excellent resident relations. You will be responsible for managing the entire leasing process, which includes signing leases, generating new leads, and conducting property tours to showcase our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Management:

  • Handle the full leasing cycle, from initial inquiries to lease signing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing-related activities and documentation.

• Lead Generation:

  • Utilize various marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
  • Engage in community outreach and events to generate interest in the property.

• Property Tours:

  • Conduct informative and engaging tours for potential residents, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Ensure showrooms and model units are well-maintained and presentable for tours.

• Follow-Up:

  • Establish and maintain follow-up protocols with leads and current residents to enhance occupancy rates.
  • Address potential residents’ concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Resident Relations:

  • Foster positive relationships with current residents, addressing any questions or issues that arise.
  • Promote resident engagement through community events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales, leasing, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
