Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solutions Architect with a strong background in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, and CRM Analytics. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Salesforce platforms and a proven track record of designing and implementing effective Salesforce solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce products and features.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and emerging technologies, and recommend enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration, including workflows, process builders, and Apex.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
