Job Description: Guest Training Manual SOP Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Training Manual SOP Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating, managing, and updating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for guest training, ensuring that all staff have access to the necessary resources for a smooth onboarding experience. You will foster positive working relationships with the Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams to align training materials with the company’s overarching goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain SOPs: Create and continually update comprehensive training manuals and SOPs for guest services, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams to gather insights and incorporate feedback into training materials, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

Facilitate Training Sessions: Conduct and oversee training sessions for new hires and existing staff, ensuring they understand and can effectively implement the SOPs in their roles.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments to materials and approaches as needed.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all training materials are well-documented and compliant with industry regulations and company policies.

Support Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for enhancing training processes and guest experience, recommending changes based on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, instructional design, or SOP development within a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).
