Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and launch innovative business initiatives and products that align with market demands.
• Identify and propose new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and present recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to foster collaboration and drive growth.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and new business initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of business plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred.
