We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing and Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing outreach efforts, facilitating resident admissions, and supporting resident assessments and discharge procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our facilities and services. Engage in community outreach initiatives to attract potential residents.

  • Resident Admissions: Manage the admissions process by guiding prospective residents through applications and ensuring a smooth transition into our facility.

  • Resident Assessments: Conduct assessments to determine residents’ needs and preferences, ensuring they receive proper care and support.

  • Discharge Procedures: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and harmonious discharge processes for residents.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations and optimal resident satisfaction.

  • Coordination: Provide overall direction and coordination for the departments involved in resident care and service delivery.

Qualifications:
