We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect with a robust understanding of Cloud technologies, specifically in Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, and CRM Analytics. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Develop scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures that meet business requirements using Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.
• Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Customization: Lead the customization of Salesforce applications to enhance user experience and meet specific customer needs.
• Development: Utilize your Salesforce development skills to create tailored applications, reports, and dashboards.
• Best Practices: Implement best practices for Salesforce development, data governance, and analytics to optimize performance and reliability.
• Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users and stakeholders, ensuring they effectively leverage Salesforce tools for their needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and features, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture, with strong knowledge of Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect or Developer) are highly desirable.
