We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Services Team Manager to lead our roadway design projects and oversee team management within our engineering services department. This pivotal role involves not only managing day-to-day operations but also taking a proactive approach to marketing our services both in-house and externally to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Project Oversight: Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of roadway design projects, meeting client expectations and project deadlines.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our engineering services, targeting potential clients and stakeholders.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our services effectively to win new projects.
• Proposal Development: Lead efforts to prepare competitive proposals and presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition and technical expertise.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, project management, and business development, to ensure alignment and maximize project success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 15+ years of practical experience in engineering services, with a strong track record of successfully marketing and winning roadway design projects.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strategic Vision: A deep understanding of the roadway design market and the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a capacity to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
