Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Engineering Collaborator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product management, marketing, and engineering team members to create and refine product specifications that align with our strategic goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to gather insights and requirements for product development.
• Develop and document clear, concise, and actionable specifications for engineering projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate features and improvements based on market trends and user feedback.
• Ensure all specifications are aligned with company goals, timelines, and resource availability.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of project objectives.
• Review and refine specifications as needed based on technical feasibility and business priorities.
• Contribute to the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in a collaborative engineering environment, preferably in product development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for varied audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
