Help lead our Workday transition, drive HR tech innovation, focus on client groups, and shape our future.Reporting to the Global Director, HR Technology and Analytics, you will lead the implementation of the HR Digital Strategy and deliver a global HR Technology solution across our Global Infrastructure Pillar brands in Americas, Europe, and APAC. You will drive the HR Digital vision and strategy to support our ambitious growth strategy to meet our HR Tech Roadmap and our strategic business plan with a focus on exceptional employee experience.Partnering effectively with our internal stakeholders within other Shared Services & HR COE’s and our external partner you will oversee the design and implementation of global HRIS solutions in-line with our HR Tech Roadmap.Your role and in the team will act as an enabler of the Global Infrastructure pillars strategic plan, created through technology for collaboration, connectivity, data analytics and strategic talent development.You will find we live and thrive on values of Client focus, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilitiesChampion the HR Digital strategy and Roadmap and drive the global HR Digital transition and transformation.Oversee the implementation Workday in Americas, LATAM, Europe and APACPartner with internal Shared Services (Finance/IT/Marketing/Legal) and Business leaders to deliver on Workday functionalities aligned with the roadmap.Responsible for PAY, ABSENCE/TIME OFF and ADVANCE COMPENSATION within WorkdayOwns the configuration (HCM, Payroll, Absence Plans and Adv Compensation), impact analysis, and testing arising from various Human Resources initiatives, including systems upgrade/implementation.Become a strong advocate and influence, persuade, or educate others on the objectives HR systems, processes, and data standards.Own and build a central HR data infrastructure to support Global People Analytics initiatives.Collaboratively work with business users on innovative strategies to improve efficiencies that result in automation and processes optimization.Bring employee experience to the forefront for all digital solutions.Elevate the profile of HR Tech team, globally. Support in the recruitment and retention of strong Technical Analysts and elevate their capabilities.What you bring to usExperience in implementing enterprise-wide HR digital initiatives, in a complex global organization from the early to mid-stages of their HR digital transformation.Experience in working with an external technology partner. Must be able to oversee the Consultants and ensure the delivery meets the standards of the HR Strategy.A transformational mindset with ability to translate the vision into reality and implement change and process improvement.Demonstrated ability to see the big picture, but also focus on the details as required.Exceptional communication and relationship building traits.Proven record of providing advice on technical decisions that brought large scale measurable improvements to the business.Demonstrated experience with Workday, while collaborating with a cross functional team and projects across multiple countries in a complex organizationExperience with Workday is a requirement.Experience and Education3+ years’ experience with Workday two or more of the following – Core HR/HCM, Advance Compensation, Benefits and/or Payroll.Experience with Cloud integrations with Benefits Carriers.A university degree in a STEM or HR field.Additional InformationWe believe in recognizing the unique value that each individual brings to our team. Job Summary: Senior HR Analyst, Technology
- Role: Lead the Workday transition and drive HR tech innovation while reporting to the Global Director of HR Technology and Analytics.
- Responsibilities:
- Champion and implement the HR Digital Strategy globally across regions.
- Oversee the deployment of Workday features in various areas (Payroll, Absence, Compensation).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance HR processes through technology.
- Promote employee experience in all digital initiatives and build a strong HR data infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Workday experience in areas like HCM, Payroll, or Compensation.
- Experience in implementing HR digital initiatives in complex organizations.
