Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Job Purpose:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our marketing initiatives, focusing on interaction with prospective residents and existing tenants. Your primary responsibilities will include executing outside marketing strategies under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and build relationships with potential residents through various marketing channels.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities in the local community to attract new tenants.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Provide exceptional service to current residents, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize social media platforms and other digital marketing tools to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Organize and participate in community events to foster a vibrant living environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or marketing preferred.
