Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an In-House Marketing Representative (VIP) where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through lead generation and sales booking. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers, effectively communicate our timeshare offerings, and secure qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate leads through face-to-face interactions with potential clients at our resort, creating a welcoming and informative experience.
• Appointment Booking: Schedule qualified sales appointments for our timeshare representatives by understanding guest needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with guests, facilitating a positive brand experience and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Promotional Activities: Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to maximize outreach and brand awareness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that optimize lead conversion rates.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on appointment metrics, providing insights to improve lead generation processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to engage customers and build relationships.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
