These initiatives are centered on crafting customer journey strategies to deliver an outstanding TELUS Health experience.Our team and what we’ll accomplish togetherThe Senior Program Manager occupies a pivotal strategic role, integral to the execution of Employer Solutions Internal Systems and Migrations. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient and repeatable delivery through the consistent application of project management methodology and product delivery frameworks.As a Senior Program Manager, you will possess the drive to navigate ambiguity and the energy to ensure all deliverables are completed. You will communicate with clarity and confidence to lead, inspire, and inform stakeholders, enabling their contributions. When challenges arise, you will overcome them by seeking understanding, developing creative solutions, communicating, collaborating, negotiating, and escalating when appropriate. Under your leadership, teams will deliver their contributions, drive successful implementations, and enable superior business results for TELUS.What you’ll do
- Work with strategy, product, and operations to define and champion roadmap delivery.
- Ability to interpret corporate strategies and translate them into practical project plans
- Lead, manage and prioritize concurrent projects and initiatives
- Identify and involve key stakeholders in projects, and develop effective working relationships
- Manage project dependencies and keep roadmaps aligned.
- Produce high quality presentations with a clear storyline
- Prepare and communicate status reports
- Building/collaborating with project teams
- Lead project working team members
- Tracking project performance and business benefits
- Optimize financial performance (CAPEX and OPEX)
QualificationsWhat you bring
- Experience delivering systems and case management platforms
- Experience with program/project stage gating
- Proven ability to lead business improvements that bring big value
- At least 5 years managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
- PMP/Agile Certification, SAFe, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma – asset

Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
