Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for new products and prototypes, including market research, analysis, and promotional activities.

• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand product features and benefits, enabling effective communication with potential customers. Help identify target markets and potential clients.

• Feedback Review: Review completed marketing materials and product prototypes, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends and competitors, contributing to strategic planning and product positioning.

• Customer Engagement: Assist in organizing and participating in product demonstrations, trade shows, and promotional events. Engage with customers to gather insights and foster relationships.

• Reporting: Help track marketing and sales performance metrics, compiling reports to inform strategy adjustments and highlight successes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a passion for product innovation.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills.
