Job Description:

As a Property Consultant at Westgate Resorts, you will be the frontline representative for our dynamic Marketing Team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential guests and owners, providing them with exceptional customer service and insightful information about our resort offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote Westgate Resorts’ vacation ownership opportunities and vacation packages.
• Engage with prospective clients both in-person and virtually, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests to enhance their experience and foster brand loyalty.
• Assist in creating memorable experiences that highlight the value of owning a vacation property.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Stay informed about all aspects of the resort offerings, amenities, and local attractions to effectively convey this information to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective consultation and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for travel and the vacation ownership industry.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
