As a Property Consultant, you will serve as the vital frontline representative for the Westgate Resorts Marketing Team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential guests and clients, showcasing the exceptional vacation experiences we offer. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through our property offerings while effectively communicating the unique benefits of our resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, providing them with personalized service and information that aligns with their vacation aspirations.
• Property Showcasing: Conduct property tours, highlighting key amenities, accommodations, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that promotional materials and offerings are communicated clearly and effectively.
• Lead Generation: Qualify and follow up with leads, using effective persuasion techniques to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and company promotions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
