Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience for prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease Signing: Prepare and complete lease agreements and related paperwork at the time of lease signing (10% of the role).

• Marketing & Outreach: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of effective marketing and leasing techniques. Strive to achieve affirmative marketing goals by implementing innovative strategies.

• Prospective Resident Outreach: Actively seek new residents through various outreach initiatives, including direct marketing efforts, cold calling, and distributing promotional materials.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to potential residents, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the leasing process.

• Property Tours: Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and community amenities to prospective tenants in a professional and engaging manner.

• Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with leads and follow up to increase conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
