We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Development and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Devereux. In this role, you will play a crucial part in cultivating relationships with targeted donors through strategic marketing and outreach efforts. You will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising events that align with our mission and enhance community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract and engage potential donors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors through regular communication and personalized interactions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling messaging and promotional materials that effectively convey Devereux’s mission and impact.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and fundraising initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Development, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit development preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using social media and digital marketing platforms to engage donors.
