Job Description: Administration and Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role combines administrative support with sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to our overall mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business administration, communications, or social science, complemented by practical experience in beneficiary relations and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within the department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining documents.

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients, preparing sales materials, and managing customer relations to drive business growth.

  • Beneficiary Relations: Foster strong relationships with beneficiaries, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies, and prepare reports on performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Social Science, or a related field.
  • OR Five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in beneficiary relations or a client-facing capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
