Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Compliance Associate to join our team, focusing on the Clinique brand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail spaces are optimized for both customer engagement and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resets: Implement and manage planogram resets, ensuring that products are organized and displayed according to brand guidelines to enhance visibility and drive sales.

• Planograms: Regularly analyze and adjust planograms based on sales data and market trends, ensuring that product placements are maximized for effectiveness.

• Marketing Displays: Collaborate with the marketing team to create captivating displays that align with promotional campaigns, ensuring that Clinique’s brand identity is consistently represented across all retail environments.

• Physical Inventory Procedures: Conduct regular physical inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure the right product levels are available to meet customer demand.

• Processing of Shipments: Oversee the processing of incoming shipments, ensuring timely and efficient stock replenishment while maintaining organized inventory systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail merchandising and inventory management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis to inform merchandising strategies.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and the Clinique brand preferred.
