In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies aimed at growing our workers’ compensation solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and refine comprehensive sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the workers’ compensation sector.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to create cohesive go-to-market strategies.
• Develop engaging marketing campaigns and sales collateral that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Analyze sales metrics and performance data to assess strategy effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
