Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at our Orlando, FL office. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Oldcastle’s products across various core markets. Your main objectives will include identifying key projects within your assigned marketing area, developing strategic bids, and implementing effective marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Oldcastle’s products and services.
• Identify and analyze potential projects within your designated marketing area; prepare and submit competitive bids for those projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and marketing efforts.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and project bids to management.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand presence and foster connections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
