Job Description: Brand and Digital Coordination Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Brand and Digital Coordination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Brand, Digital, Vendors, and Marketing teams to ensure the seamless flow of materials and resources across departments. You will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and collaboration, contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Brand, Digital, Vendors, and Marketing teams to ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials throughout the workflow process.

• Training and Development: Provide workflow/process training and ongoing assistance to members of the Brand, Marketing, and Digital teams, ensuring everyone is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary for success.

• Production Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of production activities, coordinating timelines and ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.

• Resource Management: Assist in the management of resources and materials, ensuring they are accessible and effectively utilized across departments.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within existing workflows and processes, proactively suggesting enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a coordinating or project management role, preferably within marketing or digital environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
