Key Responsibilities:

- Room Management: Coordinate and manage the assignment of rooms, including coding electronic keys and maintaining room availability records.
- Marketing Program Support: Promote ongoing marketing programs and specials to enhance guest experience and drive engagement.
- Communication Skills: Utilize strong English-language communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
- Digital Literacy: Employ digital tools and software for booking management, guest inquiry responses, and marketing initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns proactively to ensure satisfaction and support a positive stay.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred, with a focus on guest relations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital literacy; familiarity with hotel management software and marketing platforms is advantageous.
