We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, recording, and diligently tracking all prospects, leads, and activities using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your ability to manage warm marketing lists will be crucial for identifying potential appointments and applying effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and record detailed information on prospects and leads.
• Track activities and outcomes using our CRM to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and analyze warm marketing lists to identify and prioritize potential appointments.
• Apply sales and marketing principles to effectively engage with prospects via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies and contribute to campaign development.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion, and overall performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
