We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on the marketing process related to asset resolution paths, including the sale of assets or businesses, whether as a going concern or through liquidation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing principles and an ability to navigate complex business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential buyers and assess competition for assets or businesses on the market.

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of asset sales, ensuring effective outreach and engagement with target audiences.

• Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations, to effectively communicate the value of assets or businesses for sale.

• Campaign Management: Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print) to maximize visibility and interest in the assets or businesses being sold.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance and legal, to ensure alignment on asset valuation, compliance, and communication strategies.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders throughout the sales process, providing updates and facilitating discussions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
