Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordination Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing and promotional strategies for various events. Your expertise in transportation, accommodations, and catering will be essential in creating a seamless experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate transportation logistics for event attendees.
• Arrange accommodations that align with event needs and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with caterers to develop menu options that enhance the event experience.
• Assist in the development and distribution of promotional materials related to events.
• Support the marketing team in executing strategies that drive engagement and attendance.
• Create and manage timelines and checklists to ensure all event components are delivered on schedule.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and event stakeholders.
• Monitor event budgets and assist in financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in a marketing or hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
