Why We Need You:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in the success of our property by effectively implementing our leasing and marketing programs. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our available units and showcase the community’s unique features to prospective residents. Your efforts will not only drive occupancy rates but also enhance the overall resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute leasing and marketing strategies to attract potential residents.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Assist with the application process, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
