Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategies:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that include digital and traditional advertising, social media strategies, and community outreach programs.
  • Create engaging promotional materials and publications to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective tenants.

• Property Management:

  • Oversee rent collections, ensuring timely payments from tenants, and manage late notices in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping for all financial transactions related to rent collection and management communications.

• Reporting & Analysis:

  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on marketing efforts and property management activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in property management or real estate.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in marketing software, social media platforms, and property management tools.
