Job Description:
As the Marketing Events Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence through strategic event planning and execution. Your primary responsibility will be to research and identify relevant events, trade shows, and community engagements that align with Bath Planet’s marketing goals and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Research and Planning: Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential events, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities that can elevate brand visibility and drive leads.

• Coordination and Execution: Plan and coordinate all logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, promotional materials, and on-site execution.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop event goals, messaging, and promotional strategies to maximize impact.

• Budget Management: Assist in managing the event budget, ensuring cost-effective spending while achieving high-quality results.

• Performance Analysis: Post-event, analyze engagement and conversion metrics to assess the effectiveness of each event and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance Bath Planet’s market position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
