Job Description: Account Manager – Carrier and Client Relations

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team, specializing in managing relationships with carriers and clients. The ideal candidate will support our Producers and Marketing Account Executives in overseeing larger and more complex accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned carriers and clients, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
  • Collaborate with Producers and Marketing Account Executives to develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to client needs.
  • Support the management of larger accounts by assisting in negotiations, renewals, and policy modifications.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to help shape marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
