Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Engineer (P.E.) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and demonstrate advanced technical skills, particularly with AutoCAD Civil 3D. This role will also require a keen ability in business development and marketing strategies to drive project growth and foster client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software to create and manage complex civil engineering designs and projects.
• Conduct engineering analyses and calculations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineering professionals to develop project scope, timelines, and budgeting.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, client engagement, and market research.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote engineering services and enhance company visibility in the industry.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other civil engineering software.
• Strong business development and marketing experience, with a track record of winning projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
