Key Responsibilities:

• Development Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to identify funding opportunities and develop strategic fundraising campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with potential donors, partners, and stakeholders.

• Marketing Strategy: Design and implement effective marketing strategies to increase visibility and awareness of our programs and initiatives. Use social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing tools to reach diverse audiences.

• Mentorship Promotion: Encourage a culture of mentorship within the organization by developing programs and resources that support interpersonal growth and professional development for both staff and volunteers.

• Coordinate Events: Plan and execute events that align with our marketing and development goals, providing opportunities for networking, mentorship, and community engagement.

• Assessment and Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and development efforts. Provide reports and insights to the team to continually refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in development and marketing, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor others.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for community advancement.
