We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations through various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Draft, edit, and format documents with precision; generate comprehensive reports as needed to support operational needs.
  • Digital Scanning & Filing: Perform digital scanning of documents and maintain an organized electronic filing system for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Scheduling Assistance: Provide scheduling support by coordinating meetings and appointments; manage calendars effectively to optimize time management.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring resources are well-stocked and reordering items as necessary.
  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in proposal reproduction and other marketing materials; ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • General Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance as required, including clerical tasks and support for various projects to enhance team productivity.
