Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling Assistance: Provide scheduling support by coordinating meetings and appointments; manage calendars effectively to optimize time management.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring resources are well-stocked and reordering items as necessary.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in proposal reproduction and other marketing materials; ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
