Job Summary:

SGA is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst in Marketing Analytics to join our Marketing Analytics & Testing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the marketing department. The Sr. Analyst will manage the analysis and interpretation of marketing data, focused on optimizing campaigns, improving customer engagement, and delivering actionable insights to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics strategies that align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into campaign performance.
• Execute A/B testing and other experimental designs to evaluate marketing strategies and optimize channel performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing analytics.
• Assist in the development of marketing models and forecasting methodologies to predict customer behavior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in A/B testing and familiarity with digital marketing channels.
