Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Product Operations Lead to drive the management and enhancement of our end-to-end data operations within a dynamic technical environment. This role combines technical expertise with strategic oversight, aimed at optimizing marketing campaign performance and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Oversee the acquisition, integration, and management of data within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring high data quality and compliance with relevant policies and standards.

Campaign Optimization: Analyze marketing campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with marketing teams to adjust strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.

Technical Implementation: Lead the technical implementation of SFMC features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams, technical teams, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and alignment on project deliverables.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution and data management.

Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for team members to ensure effective use of SFMC tools and best practices.

Performance Reporting: Design and implement reporting frameworks that provide meaningful insights into campaign performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in operations and technical implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
