We are seeking a dynamic Test Development & Client Services Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses a blend of responsibilities across test development, client services, operations, and marketing, aimed at enhancing our service offerings and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine testing protocols, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Client Services: Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing outstanding support, and fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Operations: Assist in streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Marketing: Support marketing initiatives through data analysis, content creation, and strategic planning to promote our testing services and expand our client base.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, nonverbal, and written communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight and weekend trips, to meet client needs and attend relevant events.
