Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lottery Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our lottery services by handling logistics, communication, and marketing supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and document arrival and departure times for lottery supplies and equipment.
- Communicate and report any operational issues, detailing problems, resolutions, and the status of failures to the Dispatch team.
- Assist in the delivery and inventory management of marketing supplies, ensuring all materials are readily available for retail partners and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless lottery operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our retail and digital solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics software is a plus.
- A passion for the lottery industry and an enthusiasm for customer engagement.
