This role focuses on evaluating and running reports on learning activities, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of our training programs. You will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization by effectively marketing our learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate learning activities through data analysis, gathering feedback, and assessing outcomes to determine program effectiveness.
• Generate regular reports to track participation, engagement, and overall success of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and design targeted development programs.
• Create promotional materials and campaigns to market learning and development opportunities, fostering enthusiasm for personal and professional growth.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather stakeholder input to refine existing programs and develop new offerings.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating innovative approaches into our offerings.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed, supporting a hands-on learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in learning and development, training evaluation, or instructional design.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, including the ability to create engaging content.
