This role focuses on evaluating and running reports on learning activities, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of our training programs. You will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization by effectively marketing our learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate learning activities through data analysis, gathering feedback, and assessing outcomes to determine program effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports to track participation, engagement, and overall success of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and design targeted development programs.
- Create promotional materials and campaigns to market learning and development opportunities, fostering enthusiasm for personal and professional growth.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather stakeholder input to refine existing programs and develop new offerings.

Qualifications:
