Job Description: Omni-Channel Sales and Merchandising Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Omni-Channel Sales and Merchandising Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence both in-store and through digital platforms, ensuring that we meet and exceed brand standards in merchandising, marketing, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Store Sales Model:

  • Implement and maintain brand standards in merchandising and Plan-O-Grams (POGs) to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive engagement and maximize product visibility.

• Omni-Channel Strategy:

  • Support and enhance digital strategies to ensure seamless Omni-channel fulfillment, including processes like Ship from Store (SFS), Same Day Delivery (SDD), and Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
  • Utilize all available processes and tools to create a cohesive customer experience across all channels.

• Marketing and Brand Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all marketing initiatives and in-store displays.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in marketing campaigns and visual merchandising strategies.

• Collaboration and Training:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on promotional strategies and ensure all employees are trained on new processes and merchandising guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and insights to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of Omni-channel strategies.
• Proven ability to analyze and implement visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
