This role involves the completion of monthly market surveys and thorough analysis to assess market conditions and trends. You will assist in developing and implementing effective advertising and marketing strategies for our apartment community, ensuring that we attract potential residents and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive monthly market surveys, analyzing rental trends, occupancy rates, and competitor offerings.
• Assist in devising innovative advertising and marketing strategies to promote apartment availability and features.
• Ensure all online marketing platforms (e.g., Craigslist, social media, and our website) are updated daily with current listings and promotional materials.
• Foster positive and effective relations between residents and management, facilitating a welcoming community environment to enhance resident retention.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for improving resident satisfaction and engagement.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and resident feedback, using insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Proficiency in social media and online marketing platforms.
